WHO IS YOUNG STATIC?
Jordan Bailey’s friend April started to refer to him as Virgil Hawkins, Static Shock’s true identity. And it tripped him out. Being a black boy with locs, born in the 90’s, that’s who he wanted to be as kid. Super. An icon. A hero to other black kids. Young Static has so much lightning in his veins, and he can’t wait for people to experience it.
